FedEx mailing supplies can be found in the cabinets near the administrative offices’ mailboxes, which are in the corridor between Genetic Medicine Building (GMB), Room 3009, and GMB, Room 3040. If you notice that supplies are running low, you might contact the department’s administrator. FedEx supplies are free, but in the past only they could order them because our FedEx account is administered on the departmental level.
Alternatively, you can make this request by navigating to the Equipment and Facilities Service Request form on the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics’ Intranet. (If this link is broken, navigate to UNC’s Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics home page, scroll to the bottom and look for the link to the department intranet.) Enter your Onyen and password. Once logged in, click on the Equipment and Facilities Service Request form. Request FedEx supplies in the comments section, specifying what you need.
More recently, some individual departmental users in FedEx in Buy Carolina have successfully ordered FedEx supplies there.
