Genetic Medicine Building (GMB) First Floor
Reserving these rooms is done through an online form rather than through contact with a specific person. This link will direct you to a screen where you are prompted to enter your ONYEN. (If this link is broken go to https://esop.resourcescheduler.net/resourcescheduler/default.asp.) Once logged in, click on Reservation Wizard, a tab found at the top of the page.
Under Scope refine your search to UNC-Chapel Hill’s Genetic Medicine Building.
You may now enter in the date and time you wish to hold your meeting, as well as any other parameters you wish to designate. Click Next, finalize your choice, and then click Submit to reserve your room.
Genetic Medicine Building Third Floor, Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics
To reserve a conference room on the third floor of GMB, go to the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics’ website (https://www.med.unc.edu/biochem). Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the link Reserve a Room. Follow the instructions on this page. Note that if you scroll down, you can see a list of the third floor conference rooms and their features. Please click on the room you hope to reserve to see if it is available during the time you want to reserve it.

Please include in your request the following: (1) the day and date of your meeting/class (e.g., Friday, 4/28/17), (2) the start and end times (e.g., 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.) and if it is recurring, please include the end date, (3) the number of participants and projector needs, and (4) the group or meeting name under which the reservation should be made.
